All other work and materials will be considered as subsidiary or incidental to and included in the payment for pay items shown. The proposed IDIQ Contract is for a five (5) year contract. Except where noted, the quantities shown in the schedule are estimates and they apply to all five (5) years. Payment will be based on the Actual Quantity (AQ) the contractor completes and the government accepts.
