The purpose of this contract is to find a vendor who will furnish water sample kits and who can provide a courier service to transport samples provided by the Forest Service, to a Lab Certified for Drinking Water Analysis by the Vermont Department of Health (Attachment 4 - Vermont Department of Health Lab Listing) capable of completing the required testing. The vendor will also be required to follow the Lab Analysis and Reporting Requirements as outlined below.
