## Description

This Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery Contract is for Timber Prep Sale and Professional Forestry Services for the Kisatchie National Forest located across the Claiborne, Webster, Rapides, Vernon, Grant, Winn, Natchitoches parishes in Louisiana. This contract is 1 of 6 Multiple Award Task Order Contracts that has a two-year base period, which runs through September 30, 2026 and one three-year option period, which if exercised could extend contract performance through September 30, 2029. Each Option Year is not guaranteed and will be subject to:

(1) funds availability and (2) sustained satisfactory contractor performance. The Option Year will be exercised near the end of base Period of Performance. These contracts have been awarded with zero dollars obligated for the base and option year. Task Order will be competed amongst the MATOC awardees.
