This solicitation will be awarded as an IDIQ/MATOC for up to 6 Contractor’s as a two-year Base + 1 three-year Option Contract. Each Option Year is not guaranteed and will be subject to: (1) funds availability and (2) sustained satisfactory contractor performance. The Option Year will be exercised near the end of base Period of Performance. \"Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
