Responsible small business concerns may submit an offer which will be considered by the Forest Service. The Government requires performance of the work described in these documents to provide Grounds Maintenance w/ Grounds Policing Highway 88 Recreation Sites located on the Mena-Oden Ranger District Ouachita National Forest, as further described in the performance work statement.
