**Q&A:** Square Footage for each location? The square footage of the restroom is approximately 440 square foot. The recreation area itself is approximately 1 acre.

**Amendment 0001:** Cleaning will be performed once a day on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and SundayCleaning will be performed once a day on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

**Amendment 0002:** The District would prefer cleaning to be completed between 5-9 AM OR 3-8 PM .

This solicitation is seeking an interested contractor to provide janitorial duties at Rotary Ann Rest Area. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms of this solicitation and any resulting contract. Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision and transportation to Rotary Ann on the Big Piney Ranger District. The solicitation is for a base and two option years. Option years will only be exercised with satisfactory service and funding availability.
