This allows for assessing travel logistics and identifying the necessary equipment to perform work, particularly in areas lacking water. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price contract consisting of one (1) one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods shall be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation.
