This is not a solicitation. This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification. This procurement is restricted to the approved company eligible for call orders under BPA 12444123A0007. The scope of the BPA is to provide janitorial services and grounds & lawn maintenance for Cheoah Ranger district recreational areas, including but not limited to trash removal and disposal off-site, cleaning of restroom facilities, and lawn maintenance of grassy areas and numerous picnic areas. This requirement will be awarded as a BPA Call Order against the BPA previously solicited on the Government Point of Entry (GPE).
