The USDA FS intends on awarding a competitive BPA Call Order against multiple award schedule BPAs for FL Reforestation/NNIS located at USDA’s Contract Portal, awarded against solicitation number: 12444122R0012 for vegetation management support services to include, but not limited to, site preparation (manual, mechanical, chemical, or combination thereof), tree/shrub/herbaceous/grass species planting, stand improvement activities, non-native invasive species (NNIS) treatments, watershed improvement activities and the creation of wildlife openings. This is not a solicitation. This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification. This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the Florida Reforestation/NNIS Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for USFS with agreement numbers 12444122A0030 through 12444122A0040. There are currently 7 businesses that will receive this solicitation. The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA. Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA. Point of Contact is ioulia.boxley@usda.gov. This requirement will be competitively awarded as a BPA Call Order against the aforementioned multiple award schedule BPAs previously solicited on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) at: SAM.gov.
