The USDA FS intends on awarding a competitive BPA Call Order against multiple award schedule BPAs for FL Reforestation/NNIS located at USDA’s Contract Portal, awarded against solicitation number: 12467019R0040 for for plant surveys to be performed for the USDA Forest Service, Francis Marion and Sumter National Forests and Savannah River Site in South Carolina. Work to include, but not limited to plant surveys, plant inventories, and plant mapping This is not a solicitation. This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification. This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the Plant Survey Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for USFS with agreement numbers 12467019A0008 through 12467019A0010 and 12444122A0011. There are currently 4 businesses that will receive this solicitation. The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA. Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA. Point of Contact is ioulia.boxley@usda.gov. This requirement will be competitively awarded as a BPA Call Order against the aforementioned multiple award schedule BPAs previously solicited on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) at: SAM.gov.
