All areas are within the boundaries of the Apalachicola National Forest, Franklin County, Florida. Prospect Bluff is along the Apalachicola River and contains the Fort Gadsden historic site. Required herbicide mixes, application guidelines, safety equipment, materials, and procedures are described in the attachment and must be adhered to for the duration of the contract.
