This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Requested for Quote (RFQ) 12444024Q0073. The National Forests and Grasslands in Texas, located at 2221 N. Raguet Street, Lufkin, Angelina County, Texas 75904, have a requirement to perform janitorial services at the Forest Supervisor's office in Lufkin, as further detailed in the Performance Work Statment. This solicitation will result in a single award on the basis of technical capability, past performance, and price, as best meets the needs of the government. The proposed contracts will have a base period of 6/15/2025. A site visit is not mandatory for award considerations but is highly encouraged. The government will not reimburse any costs incurred.
