The past performance record of RJ has been outstanding, they have vast experience providing these products, proposed products are extraordinarily qualified, and the offeror proposes a price that, had this requirement been further competed, would not be more advantageous. RJ Thomas Manufacturing Company is the most advantageous offer and provides the Best Value with consideration of Project needs and results in the lowest overall cost alternative to meet the needs of the Government.
