This sole source requirement meets the conditions of Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 USC 637(a)(1)) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.8 under authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(5). Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurement.
