## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. The Forest Service intends to award a Sole Source award to ResourceWise, Inc to acquire a Forest2Market software subscription (please see attached J&A). The authority cited for this acquisition is FAR 13.501 (a).

After extensive market research, it was determined that the Forest 2 Market software supplied by ResourceWise, Inc is the only software that can meet the requirements of the customer. Please see the attached J&A for more detailed analysis. Interested parties may identify their interests and capabilities to respond to this requirement by Friday, September 6, 2024 at 1600 EST. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.

Information received will be considered sole for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No reimbursement for any cost conneted with providing capability information will be provided.
