## Description

**Scope of Work:** The work consists of replacing the existing metal roofs on multiple buildings. Work items incidental to roof replacement includes:

removing existing roofing materials; replacing damaged roof sheathing (if any); removing obsolete roof penetrations; installing underlayment and ice and water shield; installing new metal roofing systems including fascia, flashings, and trim; and bracing and supporting roof penetrations. There are two optional pay items (two buildings) that will be awarded if funding is available, please provide a quote for all pay items on the schedule of items.
