## Description

Sir/ Ma'am, I am soliciting for a well drilling and well pump repair/ replacements at Forest Service Cabin and two campground sites approximately 80 miles west of Great Falls, MT. In accordance with the statement of work. The magnitude of the job is between 25k -100k and requires work to be completed before 30 Sep 2024. If your company is interested, please fill out and return the request for quote (Form 1442 blocks 14-20c, section B and section K - if SAM registration is not current.
