## Description

Work will consist of removal, disposal, furnishing and installing approximately 20 Squares (10 ft x 10 ft) of new roofing, repair of soffit and replacement of soffit sheeting as needed. The existing roof is asphalt and will be replaced with a metal roof system. Refer to  schedule of Items and Statement of Work for full details.
