The toilet construction would include, but not limited to, quality control, clearing and grubbing, demolishing the existing abandoned concrete pad and vault, hauling of existing toilet vault and all associated features off-site to a state-approved landfill, new structure excavation, bedding and compaction, backfilling, site grading, transporting and installing a double vault toilet, and supplying and installation of concrete bollards, and resetting in-place of any parking bumpers or any existing features that are displaced as a result of construction. The existing vault hole shall be utilized and modified to accommodate the new toilet, as necessary.
