## Description

The South Fork quarters in American Fork Canyon is a historic building that is showing signs of rapid settlement and cracking (See pictures in structural engineering report). The purpose of this contract is to stabilize the foundation of the building using helical piers, as well as fill in the vertical cracks that are in the basement walls of the building. The intent of the helical piers is not to lift the foundation to match the state before the settlement, but they are to stabilize the building to prevent more settlement.
