The Government anticipates awarding a single contract for the Phase 2 - 0412 GAOA 4FL Forest Housing Deferred Maintenance . Scope of Work: This project includes completing deferred maintenance on housing units to allow for year-round occupancy with a focus on HVAC upgrades, attic insulation, and window and roof replacements. This is a total small businesses set-aside. Location: The project sites are located at the following locations: 1. Daycare-500 N Mission St. Bldg #3. McCall, ID 83638 2. McCall Family Housing-90 W Forrest St. McCall, ID 83638 3. McCall Barracks Housing-600 N Mission St. McCall, ID 83638. 4.
