The U.S. Forest Service is soliciting offers for a single award, Firm-Fixed Price contract type with an estimated magnitude for the base and options between $250,000 and $500,000. The Government anticipates awarding a single contract for the 4FL Forest Housing Deferred Maintenance project in Valley County, Idaho. Scope of Work: This project includes installation of new site utilities, building demolition, tree removal, and construction of a new laundry building at the McCall Administrative site housing complex on the Payette National Forest. This is a total small businesses set-aside. Location: The project site is located within the city of McCall Idaho at 500 North Mission Street on Forest Service Property (Krassel Yard).
