The U.S. Forest Service is soliciting offers for a single award, Firm-Fixed Price contract type with an estimated magnitude for the base and options between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Government anticipates awarding a single contract for the GAOA Escalante Ranger District Housing Upgrade on the Dixie, National Forest, Garfield County, UT. Scope of Work: This project includes all work and materials necessary for the remodel of the existing Escalante bunkhouse building, conversion of an existing storage building to a laundry facility, and two window upgrades for two existing dwelling buildings. This is a total small businesses set-aside. Location: A. The project is located in the Escalante Ranger District of the Dixie National Forest, Garfield County, UT. There are three different project locations. 1. Lower Housing: 60 W 100 N, Escalante, UT 84726 2. Upper Housing: 87 E 200 N, Escalante, UT 84726 3.
