## Description

**SCOPE OF CONTRACT Base Bid:** This work includes the installation of a prime rated, standalone generator backing up a DC solar array with battery storage and inversion to a 240/120 Vac distribution system. The work includes:

Removal and salvage of an existing generator from the distribution system and an unused solar array (no electrical connections, salvaged for use at the Big Smoky Guard Station - South Site). Site work for the providing and installing a new generator pad and new generator with associated feeders and controls. Providing and installing pole mounted arrays with associated feeder. Providing, installing and fully setting up a Flexware system with batteries and all other appurtenances for an operational system.

**Option Item #1:** This work consists of installing two permanent concrete foundations for an existing building (north building) with an outside measurement of 32 x 18 feet and another building (south building) with an outside measurement of 28 x 18 feet. The work will include raising, temporarily shifting, and then resetting each building onto newly constructed concrete foundations.

Additional work includes hauling the excavated material from the crawl space to a designated site located approximately 3 miles from the work site, disassembling and then reconnecting the electrical, gas, water, and sewer utilities, and upon completion of all said work backfilling and dressing up around each structure.

**Option Item #2:** This work includes the installation of a prime rated, standalone generator backing up a DC solar array with battery storage and inversion to a 240/120 Vac distribution system. The work includes:

Removal and disposal of an existing generator from the distribution system. Site work for the providing and installing a new generator pad and new generator with associated feeders and controls. Providing and installing pole mounted array using the salvaged modules of the existing array with associated feeder and future expansion capability. Providing, installing and fully setting up a Flexware system with batteries and all other appurtenances for an operational system.
