## Description

The purpose of this amendment is to provide revised Terms and Conditions (C05 Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions Revised); provide answers to questions received (C05 Attachment 10 - QandA); provide list of vendors that attended the site visit (C05 Attachment 11 - Site Visit Attendees GVWC) and to extend the quote due date to June 9, 2026.
