The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333111, with a size standard of 1,250 employees. Turbo Technologies, Inc. is the only contractor that can provide the HS-IOO 100 Gallon skid Hydroseeder with Honda engine and 2\" KOSHIN Pump, hose holders, 100' 1 1/4\" hose, gun w/3 nozzles and HS-500XPWP - trailered 500 gallon- hydroseeder. 19 HP Kohler Eng, electric start,4\" MIG 40 pump, hose holders, 100' 1 1/4\" hose, gun with 3 nozzles. Both of these models are jet agitated and meant to be used with 100% paper based hydroseeding mulch. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov. Interested parties may identify their interests and capabilities by responding to this requirement by the due date listed on this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
