## Description

It is the purpose of this contract to secure janitorial services at the Forest Service (FS) office located in Carson City, Nevada.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary as specified herein The contractor shall perform all contract services at the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest Administrative Office located at 1536 South Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701. The Carson Ranger District Office is two buildings consisting of one level, totaling approximately 8100 square feet and one smaller office totaling approximately 2400 square feet in area.

The contract period is from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2028. The Government, at its option, may renew this contract up to 3 years not to exceed one additional 6-month period at the same terms and conditions.
