This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. If submitting a quote, complete blocks 17a, 30a-30c on page 1, all Schedule of Items listed in Section B and Section F. Provide a list of similar projects completed by your firm over the past three years.
