## Description

The purpose of this solicitation is for janitorial service at National Grasslands Visitor Center, located at 708 Main Street, Wall, South Dakota. Services will be 3 days a week Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Biannual cleanings are to be done in May and November & Annual cleanings are to be done in January, All are to be done outside of business hours which are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.

No work will be performed on federal holidays without prior approval of the Contracting Officer (CO). The facilitiy is approximateley 3,270 square feet of floor space, of which 2,300 square feet is carpet surface and the remaining is linoleum. The contract performance will begin 06/01/2024 through 05/31/2025 and will include four additional years. Before work is to begin, There is no scheduled site visit for this solicitation.
