Scope of Contract. The work consists of Forest wide road obliteration. Work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and all incidentals necessary to perform the work. All work and equipment shall be in compliance with the terms, specifications and provisions of this contract. All equipment shall be in good operating condition, inspected to be weed free, and shall be operated by competent, experienced operators
