Synopsis of BPA Call Order Exceeding $25,000.00 Solicitation # 1240BK24Q0042 The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS), Northwest Zone, Contracting Service Area #1, is issuing this synopsis in accordance with USDA’s policy in the Contracting Desk Book, SUBPART 413.3—SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION METHODS, 413.303 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The USDA FS intends on awarding a BPA Call Order against multiple award BPAs.

**Project Title:** Beaver Creek Seed Orchard – Invasives Removal The BPAs for Invasive Weed Treatments are located at USDA’s Contract Portal. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this acquisition is:

115310. There is not a solicitation to the general public, this notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to anyone not currently on the BPA. A BPA Call RFQ will be issued to all current and applicable BPA holders only.
