## Description

The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS), Northwest Zone, Contracting Service Area #1, is issuing this synopsis in accordance with USDA’s policy in the Contracting Desk Book, SUBPART 413.3—SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION METHODS, 413.303 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The USDA FS intends on awarding a BPA Call Order(s) against multiple award BPAs.

**Project Title:** Umpqua National Forest North and South Zones Tree Planting and ADC Blanket Purchase Agreement: Region 6 Vegetation Management BPA North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this acquisition is 115310. There is not a solicitation to the general public, this Synopsis Notification of intent to award utilitizing the BPA does not constitute a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to anyone not currently on the BPA. A BPA Call RFQ was issued to all current and applicable BPA holders only.

**PROJECT DESCRIPTION:** The overall objectives of the project: Plant 327,280 seedlings with mulch mat installation in portions of the project.
