Work consists of water line replacement of two upstairs bathrooms, water heater, restroom off of the kitchen, basement water lines, exposed hose bibs in the basement and the kitchen. Work items include but are not limited to demolition, material removal, plumbing, fixture replacement, insulation of exposed water lines, ceiling tile replacement and wall surfaces replaced as needed. Any existing water lines that do not leak may be left in place. The Government’s estimate is less than $25,000.00. THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request on R6 FMAC Parent BPA. THIS IS A REQUEST UNDER A PREVIOUSLY ISSUED BPA.
