The project involves reconstruction of just over 1 mile of the Naha Trail. Work starts at station 22+04 and ends at to the barge ramp (station 79+76). Work may also comprise of reconstruction of .6 miles of the Naha trail starting at station 79+76 and ending at 111+46, the property boundary to the Orton Ranch. Major work items include the demolition and removal of approx.1.1 miles of wood trail structures, and installation of trail structures such as 3 trail bridges (BR), aggregate surfacing (AS), retaining logs (ASR), stepping stones (SS), stone retaining walls (SRW), stone open drains (SOD), drainage dips (DD), cut rock steps (CRS), solid rock removal (SRR), boardwalk (BW-A), step-and-run boardwalk (BW-B), elevated boardwalk (BW-C), and boardwalk bridges (BW-D). Additional option Item is for the demolition and removal of excess boardwalk structures piled up adjacent to Naha Trail before start of work. Note: Per FAR 52.204-7(b)(1), System for Award Management (SAM), an Offeror is required to be registered in SAM when submitting an offer and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment for any contract resulting from this solicitation.
