The Government intends to award without discussions, however, reserves the right to conduct discussions should it be deemed in the Government’s best interest. One Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract will be awarded. The contract period of performance will be 75 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed, estimated for 07/03/2024. The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Payment Bond (100% contract value) will be required of the successful awardee.
