The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, employee training and insurance as specified herein. Supplies and materials shall be of a quality and type customarily utilized by current industry standards and equipment ratings and shall be subject to the approval of the Contracting Officer (CO) or Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) (industry standards only applicable where they do not violate any of the afore mentioned codes/mandates).
