**5/28/2025 - Amendment 0002:** The purpose of this amendment is to remove the phrase "technical capability" from paragraph 14. No other changes have been made. As a result of this amendment, the responses due date HAS NOT changed and remains Thursday May 30, 2025 at 3:00pm MT. **5/20/2025 - Amendment 0001:** The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the clause 52.228-5, Insurance - Work on a Government Installation. No other changes have been made. Please see the attachment titled, "1240BG25Q0010 Questions and Answers". No changes have been made to this solicitaion as a result of this posting. The United States Forest Service’s Rocky Mountain Research Station (RMRS) is currently seeking quotes for Grounds Maintenance and Snow Removal Services at the Fort Collins Laboratory located in Fort Collins, CO 80526. Work is to be performed in accordance with the attachments. The attachments are as follows:

1240BG25Q0010 – Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Fort Collins Grounds Maintenance (Updated 21 May 25) Attachment 01 – Performance Work Statement Attachment 02 – Approximate Workload Data Attachment 03 – Wage Determination Quotes are due no later than May 30, 2025 at 3:00pm Mountain Time. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than May 16, 2025 at 3:00pm Mountain Time to the Government point of contact listed in this posting.
