## Description

Amendment 0001 April 24, 2024 - Replace "Attachment 03 - FiSL Janitorial Checklist" with "Attachment 03 - FiSL Janitorial Checklist(Updated via AMD 0001 24 Apr 24)". The reponses due date HAS NOT been extended as a result of this amendment.

Amendment 0002 April 25, 2024 - Incorporate Insurance clauses via Addendum 01. The responses due date HAS NOT been extended as a result of this amendment.

The United States Forest Services Rocky Mountain Research Station (RMRS) is currently seeking quotes for Janitorial Services to occur at the RMRS Fire Sciences Laboratory (FiSL) located in Missoula, MT. The work is to be performed in accordance with Attachment 01 - Statement of Work.

Attached are the following documents: 1. Solicitation 1240BG24Q0036 2. Attachment 01 - Fire Sciences Lab Janitorial Services SOW 3. Attachment 02 - FiSL Floor Plans 4. Attachment 03 - FiSL Janitorial Checklist 5. Attachment 04 - Wage Determination Quotes are due no later than May 15, 2024 at 1:00pm Pacific Time. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than May 10, 2024 at 11:00am Pacific Time to the Government point of contact listed in this posting. A site visit is scheduled for May 8, 2024 at 1000 MT. Participants must RSVP to Penny Bertram via email at penny.m.bertram@usda.gov no later than May 6, 2024 at 1400 MT.
