## Description

The Pacific Northwest Research Station is in need of office space for their data collection field crew in Mammoth Lakes California. There is not any office spaces available within 30 miles of the town, therefore we are requiring the rental of a modular mobile unit for the crew to use as a place to conduct business. We have made an agreement with the Mammoth Lakes Ranger District to park the mobile unit on Forest Service property for 3 years at which time the agreement will be reevaluated. Therefore, we will need a month to month rental for 1 year with the possibility of 2 option years.
