## Description

Amendment 0001 - This amendment replaces the document "Attachment 03 - OFSL Janitorial Checklist" with "Attachment 03 - OFSL Janitorial Checklist (Updated 26 Feb 2024)". As a result of this Amendment, the responses due date has been extended from 2/28/2024 at 1500PT to 3/6/2024 at 1500PT.

The United States Forest Service Pacific Northwest Research Station (PNW) is currently seeking quotes for Janitorial Services to occur at Olympia Forestry Services Laboratory (OFSL) located in Olympia, WA. The work is to be performed in accordance with Attachment 01 - Statement of Work.

Attached are the following documents: 1. Solicitation 1240BG24Q0010 2. Attachment 01 – Statement of Work 3. Attachment 02 – Floor Plan Olympia 4. Attachment 03 – OFSL Janitorial Checklist (Updated 26 Feb 2024) 5. Attachment 04 - Wage Determination Quotes are due no later than March 6, 2024 at 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time. All questions must be submitted no later than February 23, 2024 11:00am Pacific Time to the Government point of contact listed in this posting.

A site visit is scheduled for February 20, 2024 at 1000 PT. Participants must RSVP to Eboney Blancaneaux-Williams via email at eboney.blancaneaux-williams@usda.gov no later than February 16, 2024 at 1400 PT.
