This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BF24Q0039 and is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm Fixed Price service contract to provide for the removal and reapplication of antifouling zinc-based bottom paint to USDA Forest Service Law Enforcement and Investigations (LE&I) Police Vessels. The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, effective 22 May 2024. Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide for the removal and reapplication of antifouling zinc-based bottom paint to USDA Forest Service Law Enforcement and Investigations Police Vessels as described in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). Place of Performance: The work shall be performed at the contractor’s facility.
