Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide road surface maintenance to the WRD road system as described in the Performance Work Statement and Schedule of Items and Price Sheet. Place of Performance: The work shall be performed at Wrangell Island, Alaska.
