## Description

Amended 001 is to add an Optional Site Visit for July 16th at 9am All other items remain the same SF 30 MUST BE SIGNED AND SENT IN WITH YOUR QUOTE The purpose of this contract is to provide Security System Monitoring and Annual Equipment Inspection with Service and Repairs at 51 Mill Pond Road, Hamden, Connecticut Central Station monitoring for burglary and fire for the main building and annex building. One (1) year contract with four (4) option years. Annual Inspection of all equipment.

Service and repairs shall not be performed without prior authorization from the CO and COR. Repairs outside the scope or routine monitoring and inspection shall be negotiated and authorized through a contract modification before work begins. Annual inspection of equipment shall be done to ensure equipment is working properly. If service or repairs are needed during the contract period, the cost will be added to the contract. The contractor shall comply with all OSHA standards for employee safety.

It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure its employees are properly trained and equipped for potential hazards. Bidders must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract.

**Damage to Contractor’s Property:** The Government will not be responsible in any way for damage to the Contractor’s equipment or the Contractor’s employees’ personal belongings brought onto the Government premises during the performance of work and this contract. Any damage to Government property incurred during the implementation of this contract must be repaired or replaced by the contractor to the satisfaction of the Government representatives.
