\n\nStatement of Requirement: The North Building (16-0001-ATH) is a 27,934 square-foot building, constructed in 1968. The building is a two-story concrete and brick structure and is primarily used as office space, with some supporting research laboratory and storage space. The building will be occupied during the execution of this work.
\n\nAn inspection of the HVAC system identified multiple system components that require replacement. The majority of these components are actuators and fan motors on room fan coil units (FCU). The remaining items are issues related to air handling units (AHU) and components. No potentially hazardous materials are expected to be encountered during the execution of this project.
