## Description

U.S. Forest Service intends to award a single source contract to Deschutes County Board of Commissioners PO Box 600 Bend, Oregon 97708 in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for 24 hour Law Enforcement radio dispatching services, access to criminal history databases, drivers license records, NCIC records, communication with other Officers for backup in emergency situations. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency for the purposes of determining whether to hold a competition or proceed with a single source action.
