The Contractor’s workforce shall perform all services associated with general janitorial cleaning duties listed in the technical requirements. Scope of Work Services are required for seven (7) Government-owned facilities: Year-Round (5 Buildings): Admin Office, Assessment Office, Fire Office, Visitor Center, and Cookhouse. Bi-Annual (2 Buildings): Fenn Bunkhouse and Cedar Flats Dormitory. Work Hours Standard Window: 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Monday – Friday). Exclusions: Federal Holidays (unless coordinated).
