Equipment and supplies furnished by the contractor shall be a quality and size commonly used by commercial firms in servicing a building of comparable size. Solicitation number 1240BD26Q0015 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The area(s) to be cleaned is approximately 12,892 square feet. This includes Cowlitz Valley Ranger District Office, Annex Building and Road Crew Shop. Buildings are on the administrative compound of the Cowlitz Valley Ranger Station, located at 10024 US HWY 12, Randle WA 98377. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720. The small business size standard is $22.0 Million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
