Vaults range in size from 500-1000 gallons. Services will be scheduled on an as needed basis. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide vault toilet pumping and cleaning services as described in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). Place of Performance: The work shall be performed at multiple locations within the Mt.
