The portable toilets will be placed on the concrete pads within the screening fence at each location. The contractor shall ensure the designated areas present a clean, orderly, and well-kept appearance. The contractor shall provide services in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS), and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Place of Performance: All locations are located at Lake Cushman. To reach areas from Hoodsport, WA, take WA-119/Lake Cushman Rd west for 9.2 miles. At the junction with National Forest Road 24 turn left. Continue on WA-119/Lake Cushman Rd/NF-24 for 2.6 miles. Portable Toilet Site List: A. Cushman Day Use Site 1 B. Mt Rose Trailhead C.
