Services as ordered by Task Orders and may include twice weekly, monthly, annual, AND semi-annual janitorial services. The contract type is a firm fixed price “requirements” contract for the services specified, and effective for the periods stated in each Task Order. The Zig Zag Ranger Station office building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The office hosts about twenty year-round employees, several seasonal employees, and approximately 5,000 visitors per year.
